1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping has a flat fee of ₹2000. Delivery time is 7–15 working days.

2. What are your shipping charges within India?

  • Orders below ₹999: ₹150

  • ₹1000–₹1999: ₹100

  • ₹2000–₹2999: ₹50

  • Above ₹3000: Free shipping

3. How long does it take to dispatch and deliver?

  • Dispatch: Within 2–3 working days

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Indian locations: 5–7 working days

  • International orders: 7–15 working days

4. Which courier service do you use?

We primarily use DTDC for both domestic and international orders.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.


🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Only if the product is damaged or you received the wrong item. You must inform us within 2 days with an unboxing video.

7. Are returns accepted for international orders?

Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not allowed for international orders.

8. What items are non-returnable?

  • Any product without a proper unboxing video

9. What is store credit?

Store credit is a voucher issued if your return is accepted. It can be used for your next purchase and is valid across all collections.

10. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

We cover return shipping only for damaged/wrong items. For redelivery due to failed attempts, the customer must pay the shipping cost.

11. How do I place an order?

Browse any collection, select your product, and click “Add to Cart” → Checkout → Choose payment method → Place order.

  • Cash on Delivery (India only, on eligible orders)

13. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, within India for supported pin codes.

14. Can I cancel or change my order?

We don’t allow cancellations or modifications once the order is placed.

15. Are your products real gold or silver?

No. We specialize in imitation, oxidized, silver-tone, and fashion jewelry. Each product is clearly labeled.

16. Will I get the exact product as shown in pictures?

Yes. All images are taken under natural light, and we show true-to-life details. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screens.

17. What if my product is too heavy or large for me?

We do not accept returns for size, weight, or personal preferences. Please check the product description carefully.

18. Are the products handmade?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted or hand-assembled. Small irregularities are natural and add to the charm of handmade work.

19. How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Store in a dry, airtight box

  • Keep away from perfumes, water, and sweat

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use

Yes! You can purchase gift cards for your loved ones, available in different denominations.

23. Are your images and content protected?

Yes. Use of any of our images or content without permission is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
