Returns & Replacements

At Beaded Treasures, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a return or replacement request within 2 days of delivery.

📸 Please ensure you record an unboxing video (without cuts/pauses) from the moment you open the sealed package. This is mandatory for processing any return or replacement.

• Return should be initiated  within 2 working days
• Replacement also should be initiated within 2 working days and replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days 
  Refund policy - If any refund approved by the company it will take 7 working days to credit to your original source account
  

• Returns are not applicable for:

  • Customized items

  • Nosepins

  • International orders

• If the product is damaged, we will bear the return shipping charges (via reverse pickup or ₹100 courier reimbursement).

• Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and securely packed.
